The church at Rodney was never hit by a cannonball. That cannonball that was placed into that hole many years after the church was hit by a 30 lb parrot shell. The USS Rattler wasn't equipped with cannonballs. It had Parrot guns. The impact crater in the church exterior wall is legit, but the cannonball that currently is lodged in that hole is not the original one. Again, it was hit by a 30lb parrot shell, not a cannonball.
