Evelyn, talk to me about being a "civilian reenactor" how did you become interested/active/how long? What type of commitment? I think I have always wanted to do that. I was approached at Leindo Plantation a few years ago. The person who approached me wanted me to train for the House Tour....but....I had so many "irons in the fire" at that time...I knew I could not totally commit. When I get involved in something....I make a TOTAL COMMITMENT....that is what that position would have required....someone they could count on to be there at all times.....I would have loved it, however.
