In Mar 62, at time of the reorg of Ks Rgts, CPT Van Sickles Co was assigned to the 6th Ks Cav as its Co'I'(in the roster, etc. I'm creating I've labeled it Co'I'(#2). It operated with the regiment during the 1st Union Indian Expedition through a portion of Jul 62 and then was ordered back to Ft Scoot to be mustered out as an irregular formation. The 6th Ks Cav would exist without a Co'I' until late spring of 1863 when CPT Blake's Company received that designation.
