B, age 36, enlisted October 16, 1861 at Sulpur Springs, Tenn., severely wounded in leg, leg broke, in action June 22, 1863, captured in hospital at Vicksburg and paroled July 4-15, 1863, shipped July 24 with paroled sick and wounded prisoners from Vicksburg to Mobile, Ala. via New Orleans, La., died August 2/5, 1863 at Point Clear Confederate Hospital, Mobile Bay, Ala.
