George, volume 2 of the DICTIONARY OF AMERICAN NAVAL FIGHTING SHIPS, which includes sketches of the Confederate vessels, includes the following description of the PHOENIX:
"PHOENIX (IrcFltBtry: a. 6 guns) PHOENIX, an ironclad floating battery, was built by the Confederates, probably in 1863 and outfitted as a ram. She was sunk at Mobile, Ala., in August 1864 as an obstruction, and later burned."
No doubt the DANFS volume will include descriptions of the other vessels you mention, or at least some reference to them, within other sketches.
