Okay... so, it seems like we have evidence for both the "Wooden Dummy"/"Black Terror" (described in the ORNs much like the "Deluded People Cave In" illustration, but that motto is *not* mentioned), and the "Quaker Lafayette," two weeks later.
I do see a pattern... "Wooden Dummy"/"Black Terror" was made to look similar to INDIANOLA, which had passed Vicksburg a short time before, and "Quaker Lafayette" was sent after introducing the upper Vicksburg batteries to the genuine article a day or so before. Intelligent deception planning there.
