Thanks for the info Ron. You are dead on about No. 846. Only the top part of the third digit is visible and I only assumed that it was a 6. But the backwards 3 clears all that up. Glad to know that they were all on Wayne's list. And now knowing that they came from the Midlothian area rules out one of the people that I thought might have owned them. Thanks again for the info. I wonder if the two ordnance rifles ever saw service being manufactured so late?
