I DO NOT have his Compiled Military Service Rocords, but DO have his widow's Pension Files. They did not have any information on his Place of birth or Parents. I'm awaiting the arrival of his CMSR, but saw this site and thought someone might have some other information from the CivilWarData site or some other sources. Hoping to find, somewhere, the original enlistment records from Ohio. Don't know where to look for those.

Note:
On his grave and in the Soldiers and Sailors Database his company is "I", which is what I put on the order for his Pension files and they found them, but in the Pension files it looks like an "F".
Also, in the Pension files his middle name of Johnson was used as his primary name.
