I feel like I am butting in as I am not going to add to the 90th OVI thread but I have an inquiry that I hope someone could help me with. I apologize if this is out of line.

I have come across a rifle that I have traced back to being issued to Company B of the 13th Ohio Calvary and am hoping someone may have access to info on that Unit or even records as to who the rifle would have been issued to. I believe from my sources that the weapon was used at Little Big Horn as that battleground is not far from where I live and many of Sitting Bulls people as well as he stayed in Canada after the battle before returning. I do not seem to be able to find much on the 13th or their history.
