Dear Sir, I wish I knew more...but all I have is "killed by bushwackers near (or at) Roseville, April 1864. This was shortly after he had signed the loyalty oath. I don't know if the oath was a factor or not. From what I've read at the Arkansas site, NW Arkansas was a dangerous place for everyone at this time. Thank you for any help you can give. My Arkansas ancestral families during this period were Rodgers, Tunstall, Depriest, Weatherford, Rhodes and Saylors. yours truly, Joe Martin
