Terry.... Yes. I got a copy as part of the Isley papers and it is the same as Arnold's. The interesting information on Fort Lincoln is that Arnold and others suspect it was more heavily used than history has indicated and may have been the primary location for holding suspected Southern sympathizers, women and civilian prisoners, bushwhackers, etc. in 1863-65, and so was a very busy place.

About two years ago, Arnold took a group of the KC CWRT to the Fort Lincoln site and there has been some discussion in trying to look into acquiring the land or preserving it for possible archaelogical investigation. There are some that are very interested.
