Keith is correct, Jim Bender is the current keeper of the list "National Registry of Surviving Civil War Cannons". He received the list about three years ago and has some difficulties publishing information concerning the guns. He has planned to publish a list has not do so and presently, the list is in limbo, to use his words. He has added 24 cannon to the list since he started working with the list. Jim also has contributed articles to the magazine "The Artilleryman" with an article about 3.3" Parrott rifles for New York City, in the Spring 2009 issue.
