Thanks for the tip. You will not believe this, but after all these years looking, I found him at Stones River National Cemetery in Murfreesboro, TN!!!! I called the Park Service there today to see if he had a stone, and he does, but it says “Unknown”. It is such a beautiful place, and I appreciate so much knowing at last his final resting place. Thanks again!
