Can you direct me to those sites you mention? I am not sure I know where that might be. The closest national cemetery would have been in Chattanooga, I believe.

I have inquired in McMinnville.I contacted the Mayor's office , spoke with their historian and a genealogist at the public library there, and no one knows of any graves at all of the Civil War period.
(And just think, they were occupied by the Union army for six months.)
Not a trace of that time remains.

I am still searching.
