Thank YOU for the great tip. I hadn't seen the nps Civil War records before. They aren't as detailed as those on Ancestry.com, but they offer an easier (and less expensive) way of searching for the members of the regiments. I've also been looking for some information on prisoners at Andersonville, so nps site proved helpful there too.
