I correspond so much and so often I forget to whom I have replied what to, what board and what thread and where. So I can't remember if I commented on this with you or not, but that Joseph B. Edelen who served in Co. H, 7th Virginia Inf was my gr gr grandfather. That Benedict Joseph Edelen was his father. The other Joseph B. Edelen who died of disease (Flu) in 1918 was actually J.B.Edelen II, the son of the Jos. B. Edelen who served in the 7th Virginia.
