I was unable to find any referance to your Thomas G Lennox (Lenox) in the 'Soldiers Civil War Records' to being in the any of the Indian Home Guard--You may want to check the site source---Was he Indian?-Nearly all the Differant tribe's spoke in their own Langage in these units.Sorry,this only means I did not find him!
