To what extent was Thomas Moonlight cavalier?
I have seen observations that indicate that he was some of the below. Would anyone agree?

1. A gallant or chivalrous man.
2. A knight, showing arrogant or offhand disregard; dismissive.
3. A cavalier attitude toward the suffering of others.
4. Carefree and nonchalant; jaunty.
5. Given to haughty disregard of others.
6. He treated his staff cavalierly.
