You asked for ANY casualty lists re: First Indiana Cavalry. The Indiana Adjutant General's Report (vol.8, 1868) lists the killed (and which may be incomplete):
Lt.Col. John Smith Gavitt, killed
Capt. John K. Highman, Co. C, killed
Pvt. James Cooper, Co. B, died of wounds, Nov. 9, '61 (perhaps not from wounds of 21 Oct., though)
Pvt. Charles K. McClain, Co. B, killed

I'm not sure how that tallys with Col. Baker's report in the O.R.s.
