Moore 104IL.Inf. and Capt.D.A.Briggs 2nd Ind.Cav.. captured at Hartsville were in the same boxcar to Libby Feb.26,1863 when my GGGrandfather Lt.John F.Elliott 36IL.Inf. ,captured at Stones River Dec.31,1862, made his escape.
