2 great great grandfathers and 1 great grandfather. I've been going in circles so far. Interesting that the Union records are almost double the cost of the Confederate!! Maybe because so many of the South's were destroyed. My great grandparents had their own fathers on opposite sides....so sad. By the way, I read that Col Augustus Goelzer's troops were all black men....could that be true?
