Would you believe I was able to find a copy of this book in the stacks of a University library. Had I been a student, I'd have been able to check it out and bring it home. Had to satisfy myself with making a Xerox copy of the entire book on the library's own copy machines.

It's a great book, and the rosters in the back are a treasure trove of information. It seems that this unit got chewed up terribly at Pleasant Hill.
