.. Thanks for posting the additional, I was earlier running on memory (not access to my files at the time) and generalizing. I had forgotten about Cox Landing being later used, my mistake. I had researched the Venus Point exchange previously and knew about the 15Nov64 arrival of prisoners that included the transport "New York" which was part of my research target. Some verbiage found implied that Venus Point could/would/might be used for additional exchanges. I had one ancestor on that very exchange. Paroled 30Oct64 at Ft. Delaware, arrived and declared exchanged at Pt.Lookout on 31Oct64, boarded the "New York" there bound for Venus Point. Unfortunately on arrival was no longer listed amongst those exchanged.
