It appears that both Hugh and I posted about the same time and as I had hoped Hugh gave you much more information than I could have. Great job Hugh! I also noted that it was William P. Argabright and NOT D. Having read Hugh's post it was even much more information than I could have ever produced while at the NARA in DC. I'll mark that to do list off my calender thanks to the Society and Hugh. Most interesting reading also.
