Thank you, Hugh. To test your point, I went back to my list (which by the way is made up of 192 names of Pennsylanians who were captured at Reams Station on Autust 27, 1864, and received in Richmond on August 27, 1864). Of the 192 names on the list, only 21 were born outside of the United States.
