Hugh, I'd be more than happy to post or send the details on the 3rd Arkansas boys who joined the Maryland Cavalry and Ahl's Battery.

Also, I'll have to do some digging, but I recall transcribing the service records (Confederate) of men from another Arkansas regiment who enlisted in the 1st Connecticut Cavalry. I don't have access to Union CRS microfilms, but I can give you the details of their Confederate service, capture, etc.

And I also have the Confederate service records of quite a few Arkansas boys who joined the U.S. Volunteers (1864 vintage) at various Northern prisons, including Fort Delaware.
