Rodgers' dispatch, dated November 8, 1861, does indeed state that four prisoners, found near Fort Walker, were sent aboard the USS WABASH [ORN 1, 12, 269.]. Surely the pages of the deck log of the USS WABASH for that and perhaps subsequent dates would mention their names. The deck logs of the USS WABASH are held at the National Archives. If the names are not shown there, then the records of the facility (Fort Delaware, as you indicated) that they were eventually sent to would most certainly include their names. The entry for their receipt at Fort Delaware would also indicate where they were received from, i.e. from another holding facility, or from a vessel which dropped them off at Fort Delaware.
