I have found some of Simms' ancestors living nearby in Chesapeake, Virginia. Wesley Simms lives in Deep Creek and is searching for information on the original Charles Carroll Simms. His brother is Charles #6. (The first Charles was his ggg grandfather Charles Carroll Simms of the Confederate navy.) Wesley has no information and is seeking help.
