Thank you Chuck. I have not contacted the Historical Societies for St. Charles and Devall's Bluff. I have previously contacted the White River Museum, Jacksonport State Park, the Jackson County Historical Society, and the Independence County Historical Society. I have contacted the History Commission, and numerous other National, Private and State Museums, archives and agencies. it seems for now I am out of luck finding a photograph of just the "Mill Boy".
Maybe a photo of multiple ships may reveal a photo.
