In Response To: Re: butler gun and ammo ()

When I answer myself it is typically because I either found the answer and didn't want folks to waste their own time for me, found some relevant info to add to it, or found errors in my original post that needed correction. That's not an attempt to make others look stupid, but to get accurate information out where people can find it. I make no apologies for it. I don't ask questions that I already know the answer to or that I haven't made a few passes at finding the answers.

Forums are about sharing information as I see it. I do what I can to answer questions and continue to search on the side when I don't have the answer. I've gotten a lot of valuable help here and elsewhere, and have learned plenty in the process.

One way to look stupid is to challenge someone else's info as erroneous and instead discover your own basis to be false. Then follow it up with some backhanded compliments and continued criticism of the person if you want to look really bad and continue to provoke him.
