Re: Burial locations of 198th PA officers

I just released a new book called Under Chamberlain's Flag, The Stories of the 198th Pennsylvania and the 185th New York Volunteers" I have longed to find Glenn and Macuen's graves as well. Glenn's body was released to family after his death and was said to be returned to philadelphia for burial. (According to his service records)

General Sickles body is supposively buried in Doylestown, PA but I haven't tried finding it for years.

There is a complete roster from the 198th Pa in my book which includes the muster out dates of almost all of the men previously listed as "unknown" in Bates history and the original History of the 198th Pennsylvania volunteers.

If you are interested in purchasing my book or just want to ask questions about either regiment go to underchamberlainsflag.com or email me at pa198th@aol.com
