Good lord......Ok...First thanks tons for your research...as it confirms some of my data. But the big unknown is what happened to Capt. Tice??? He seems to have fallen off the face of the earth. His wife Ann (Linsley) Tice and one child Edward are back in Albany, NY in 1870 & 1880. Daughter Cora Tice is living with her aunt..(Ann's sister, Harriet Linsley Baker) in Auburn, NY...But Capt. Tice has disappeared ??? There is no application for a pension....at least as far as I can tell. So did he die after his resignation ?? He should show up in some census, someplace...but he doesn't. So I wonder if I can find a burial in the Cincinnati area?? Wild goose chase or what ???? I appreciate your assistance.... Someday......I would love to return the favor to you for your help.... Just for your information another sister of the ladies above, Ruby (Linsley) Ingmire, married Wm. F. Ingmire, my GG Grandfather...see my web site, 95thNewYorkInfantry.com Lance Ingmire
