I would try the GAR inquiry. The Jacob Rider thats listed in the graves registration is probably the Jacob Rider that was in the 13th Michigan. This Jacob Rider was born on March 10th, 1827 and died on July 23rd, 1873 and is buried in Greenwood cemetery in Kent County Michigan
