Thank very much for the information. This does not look like what I'm looking for. It was a prclamation or open letter decrying the actions of the Despot and begged him to call a special session of Congress. Believe it or not, I have the blasted thing buried in a mountain of papers and boxes. Now that I have moved, I cannot find it to save the South!
