My great grandfather's sister from Liverpool England, married Sergt. Benj F Nelson. Co. D. 16 ky INF. He is buried in Abilene cemetary.He was born in 1840,but I do not know if he was English or American, can anybody tell me anything about him and his Regiment, Thank you.
