Henry C. Farnsworth enlisted 15 July 1862 as Private in Co G 18 IA Inf and was discharged 20 July 1865.

He was born 4 Sept 1838 PA and died 3 Oct 1917 in Topeka KS.

Can anyone provide the name of the cemetery he is buried in?

In 1901-1903-1904 he is enumerated as a Civil War veteran on the Eden Twp., Payne Co. OK Territorial Assessor's census.
