I know that Henry might of served in the 2nd Cavalry Company G,I found three John Russells- 1st regiment Ind Heavy Artillery, 137th Ind Inf, and 33rd Ind Inf. I don't know which one is my John. There's alot of William L Lankfords but i'm guessing her served in the 6th Ind Cavalry. I found a Pension record filed by Henry's wife Lucinda in 31 Dec 1877 and 8 Aug 1893. I find it strange that Henry's wife would file for William so I'm not sure its him. They all resided in Harrison, Clay County.
