I'm looking for three brothers that possible fought for Indiana. William L born abt 1845, John Russell Lankford, born abt 1842, Henry Lankford born 1844. I know they were residing in Clay Co Indiana at the time ( I think, I can't find census records to verify). I know their father is Larken Lankford and mother Abigail Vanmeter. Sometimes their names were spelled Langford.
