I've been working on an article/book about J. J. Reynolds. The primary focus is the Battle on Powder River, March 17, 1876, although I've delved into his time in Reconstruction's 5th Military District. I am, of course, curious about anyone interested in J. J. R. At one time, I was in contact with Lucy Coon, whose husband, Bainbridge, is the great-grandson of J. J. R. Lucy was a terrific person, but, sadly, died about 18 months ago (est.).
