Does anyone know if Camp Terry, located at Mattoon, Illinois was located where Camp Grant was located? Also, was Camp Grant named "Grant" because U. S. Grant was in command of the 21st Illinois there or was it Camp Grant before he arrived? Any further information concerning either camp will be appreciated.
