Thank you for your info, I have some of his records I'm just trying to find a picture of Daniel for my husband. I found him by accident. He didn't know any thing about Daniel, not even his name. We found his grave in Franklin Ky. We went to see his grandparent's grave and found Daniel next to them.

Anyway Thank you for you help. I will look in Abraham Presidential Library. Even a regimental picture would be neat.
