Boy, everything is going up! I am glad I went to the Illinois Archives last year. I was able to find their descriptive roster info, and made copies. Nara keeps saying that they are increasing fees as well.Looks like genealogy will become a rich mans hobby!! Glad I have most of mine complete. Johnson and Willis also had a nephew, George Washington McGilvery in the 144th Infantry and died at Alton. He is buried in the Alton National Cemetary.
