Thanks, Frank. My Ancestors were: gg grandfather, Johnson McGilvary and his brother, Willis McGilvary. Johnson died of disease at Youngs Point, La., digging " Grants Canal". Willis served the remainder of the war and returned home, and died in 1915. Johnson is buried at Vicksburg with the 13,000 " Unknowns"
