Dyer's Compendium does not have them at Montgomery but they were with Wilson to Macon, GA and then back in Alabama after that.

The post-war newspaper source I have lists the flag as taken in Tennessee. They were operating in and near Waverly (not far from where I live) until March, 1864. They were in and near Cleveland, TN in April, 1864.
