I've just started researching my family's history and was led to the Camp Chase Confederate Cemetery. I am wondering about the inscription on the gravestone. It reads: 1370 (I assume is the grave number), Then his name, then Conscript GD. Bristol Tennessee C.S.A. I don't know what the Conscript and the rest of the inscription means. If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it. I'd also like to know how to research his involvement more. Thanks!
