Hello, The National Archives has so much material. The best thing in my opinion to do is to wait another few years until fold 3 is able to scan the material. You could hire a professional resercher but that is going to cost a lot of money. Another option is to go to the National Archives yourself. However, plan on doing nothing on your first day there. Your mind will shut down when you begin to understand how much material they have. Also plan on going on Wedn. Thur. or Friday as they are open until 9:00 pm. The other days they are open until 5:00 pm. The oath that he signed will probably be in boxes with thousands of others. You will have to look one letter at a time. The learning aid room on the 1st floor can be really helpful. Jill and Jack are good at sending you in the right directions. You may take your computer there and you may take your camera but no pens are allowed. Photo copies depending on the size are 25 cents per copy.

Good Luck, you can do it if you put your mind to it.
