Why would that be an issue?
Did they make ownership of the USS Cairo an issue when it was salvaged?
and has the Eastport and Ed Dix ever been entered into the National Register of Historic Places?
I know that the Army Corps of Engineers belive they qualify for that status.
How would that affect the Navy's claim?
