There is a few things that I know about Lt. George E. Dixon that you will not find in any history book. For start did any of you know that LT. George E. Dixon is a direct descendent of the Dixon side of the Mason-Dixon line. Also did any of you know that he had a least one son. I myself know this information because I am his Great great great great granddaughter Rebecca Dixon. When my father was in his twentys, if you would but a picture of him and Lt. George E. Dixon beside each other you would have an extremely hard time telling each other apart, they havve the same exact facial features. It is really cool and kind of creep at the same time. In my opinion there is not enough taught about him in school because I did a reseach report on him last year and no in my class knew anything about him it was like all of the history teacher just completely forgot that he even was alive.
