While looking for info. On Heart's Battery,on micro film, i came across a court order, some of it i can't read, the copy is not very good. In part it reads Head Quarters- Trans- Miss. Department. General Orders No. 31. 2nd. Private R.W. Glenn,2nd Arkansas Field Battery on the charge of Knowing of an intended mutiny and not giving information thereof to the comanding officer. The court found the accused Guilty, and sentenced him to three months hard labor with a twenty-four pound ball and chain attached to his right leg on such works as may be designated by the General commanding the Department.
