Hello thanks, It's not him, my F M Jackson is from Pike Co. Arkansas. Had a son Duffy Jackson. He joined the 24th Arkansas. He was transfered into Hart's battery at White Sulfer Springs, Arkansas. His unit went to Ark. Post, but i don't he was there. He must have gotten sick and went home because his son was born 9 mos later. Was wondering if he rejoined his unit, i found card of his parol under the name Thomas. Found this info. at Southwest Arkansas Archives at Washington Arkansas. Thanks
